There was disappointment for both Donegal and Leitrim in Wednesday evening's All-Ireland under-16 LGFA football semi-finals.
Donegal were beaten by Tipperary in their 'B' championship semi-final in Tarmonbarry, on a final scoreline of 4-14 to 2-8.
Tipp now play Kildare in the All-Ireland 'B' decider at this age grade.
The Lillywhites beat Mayo in the evening's other semi-final by 0-12 to 0-11.
In the 'C' championship, Leitrim under-16s were well beaten by Longford in Mullahoran, by 3-14 to 1-8.
Longford' s prize is a final meeting with Armagh.
