Donegal minor gaelic footballers kept their summer championship ambitions intact with a 2-18 to 2-12 win against twelve-man Armagh in Saturday evening's qualifier played at MacCumhaill Park in Ballybofey.
Gary Duffy's side found themselves in the back door competition after a four-point defeat to Tyrone in their Ulster quarter-final.
Saturday's game saw Armagh have three players sent off. Shane Monaghan scored both of Donegal's goals and Johnny McGroddy played a big part in Donegal's win, contributing nine points of the home side's tally.
Donegal will now play Cavan, with the winners earning a place in the Ulster semi-finals.
