Donegal and Sligo minor gaelic footballers begin their Ulster minor football league campaigns this Saturday with matches against Tyrone and Cavan respectively.
They will each play four games in the league competition, which also includes Cavan, Fermanagh and Tyrone.
Donegal, who are again managed by Milford's Luke Barrett this year, will host Tyrone at the county GAA Centre of Excellence in Convoy on Saturday at 12pm.
At the same time, Sligo travel to Blacklion to play Cavan.
Sligo has been competing in the Ulster minor league since 2019 following the discontinuation of the Connacht minor league.
As Sligo are participating from outside the province all four games will be played in Ulster venues.
Minor team manager David O’Neill from the St Mary’s club and his fellow selectors Conor McDonagh of Coolera Strandhill and Bunninadden’s Conor Gormley, have named a squad of 36 for the season ahead.
