Donegal will host the LGFA's Annual Congress in 2025 when current President Micheál Naughton will complete his three-year tenure and hand over to Westmeath's Trina Murray.
Murray was elected as the next Uachtarán of the association at last Saturday's Congress in Ennistymon, Co. Clare, after she defeated Down’s Seamus O’Hanlon on a 82-26 vote.
Naughton, who's a native of Castleconnor in West Sligo, has spent the last 35 years living and working in Donegal.
