Sunday's final will be his fifth European Indoor final - English is already a four-time Euro indoor medallist.
The 800m final is scheduled for 4:27pm Irish time.
The final event of the championships is the women's 4x400m final at 5:50pm - with Sligo AC's Lauren Cadden part of the Ireland squad for that race.
There is live coverage of both races on RTÉ2 television on Sunday.
