Donegal's Ryan Griffin has been named on the Ireland senior men's team for next week's Home Internationals in Scotland.
The Ballyb0fey-Stranorlar clubman was the leading qualifier at last week's South of Ireland Championship in Lahinch - but a fall in the shower in between matchplay rounds forced him to withdraw from the championship because of injury.
However, it's hoped Griffin will be fighting fit for Ireland's challenge atMurcar Links Loch Macklar in Aberdeenshire.
Roscommon’s Thomas Higgins and two-time West of Ireland runner up Liam Nolan have also been picked for the Ireland team.
Nolan returns from his recent appearance at The Open to add his considerable experience to the men’s line-up.
The Home Internationals run from August 7-9th.
