IT Sligo’s senior team have claimed the Lydon Plate at the annual Women’s Intervarsities tournament in Limerick this afternoon.
First half goals from Rachel Kearns and Amber Lynch secured a 2-0 win over Maynooth University at UL.

They lost by a point, 2-10 to 2-9 to IT Tralee in the Moynihan Cup semi-final.
