Recently retired Dublin footballer Jonny Cooper will be the special guest of honour at the Leitrim Sports Star Awards on Saturday, February 4th, at the Landmark Hotel in Carrick-on-Shannon.
The awards night, which will celebrate the 2022 sporting season in Leitrim, are organised annually by Leitrim Sports Partnership.
Cooper won seven All-Ireland senior football titles with the Dubs during a glittering intercounty career which also included 10 Leinster titles, six national leagues and two All-Star awards.
Saturday week's Leitrim Sports Star Awards will be hosted by Ocean FM's John Lynch, and it will be the first in-person ceremony since 2019.
