Mohill manager, and former Sligo footballer, Eamonn O'Hara, is understood to be interested in the vacant Leitrim manager's position.

O'Hara has been over Leitrim club side Mohill for the last three seasons, and has guided them to two Senior County Championship titles in that time.

He oversaw a second successive county final win at the weekend, as Mohill saw off Ballinamore Sean O'Heslins on penalties in their replayed final on Sunday.

Mohill also reached the final in O'Hara's first year in charge, but were beaten by St Mary's Kiltoghert.

The Leitrim position is up for grabs, after Mickey Graham unexpectedly stepped away after just 64 days in the role.

Speaking to RTÉ Sport after Sunday's county final, O'Hara admitted that he was interested in taking the job, stating that it would be very hard to turn down if the opportunity came his way.
