Fermanagh manager Kieran Donnelly is calling on Croke Park to scratch Leitrim’s results to date in Division 3 of the Allianz Football League in ‘the interests of fairness’.
His call comes after Leitrim were forced to concede a walkover to the Erne County last Sunday due to injuries and the unavailability of their U20 players.
With Fermanagh still having an outside chance of promotion, Donnelly is calling for the scoring difference in Leitrim’s five previous games to be ignored.
Donnelly's side can still be promoted if they beat Laois, Antrim beat Kildare and Offaly defeat Clare in the last round this Sunday.
Leitrim, meanwhile, expect to fulfill their final league fixture of the season, against Sligo, at Markievicz Park.
Steven Poacher's side were already relegated to Division 4 prior to last weekend's postponement.
Sligo v Leitrim this Sunday will be broadcast live on Ocean FM Sport from 2pm - in association with Oates Breheny Mortgages.
