Anyone interested in taking up squash or badminton can take part in a free open night for each sport coming up over the next week.
Tonight the badminton open night is taking place at Sligo Tennis club from half past eight.
Just turn up and racquets and all equipment will be provided.
Meanwhile next week An Open night for squash is taking place on Monday the 18th of September.

Adults with an interest in the sport are invited along and coaches will be on hand to help out.
It's on between 7 and 9pm next Monday.
