Dromore West's Keelan Kilrehill finished ninth in the men's U23 race at the European Cross Country Championships in Italy on Sunday morning as the Sligo man helped Ireland to win a team bronze in Turin.
Kilrehill, who was part of the Ireland team which won gold at the Euros in Dublin 12 months ago., was the second Irish runner home behind Efrem Gidey, who was fifth.
National senior champion Darragh McElhinney was 26th.
The under-23 race was won by Britain's Charles Hick for the second year in a row.
Earlier, Ireland won silver and bronze in the men's U20 race with Nick Griggs and Dean Casey finishing second and third respectively.
Finn Valley Athletic Club's Sean McGinley was also part of the Ireland U20 team as they collected team silver, with the Glenswilly man finishing 12th overall.
