Kilcar booked their place in the semi-finals of the Donegal Michael Muprhy Sports & Leisure senior football championship on Saturday with a 1-14 to 1-7 win over Killybegs at Tir Chonaill Park in Donegal Town.
Paddy McBrearty scored 0-9 as the Towney club were comfortable winners by the finish.
Ryan McHugh's fine first-half goal had Kilcar leading by 1-7 to 0-3 at half-time.
Hugh McFadden's second-half penalty for Killybegs gave the Fisherman brief hope for a spell but Kilcar finished the stronger in the closing quarter to run out seven point winners.
