Kilglass/Enniscrone United FC have clinched the Andrew Mullan Sligo Pallets Premier League title in Sligo-Leitrim junior soccer for 2025, without kicking a ball at the weekend.
Their penultimate league fixture against Dromahair FC was conceded by their opponents - with the west Sligo team receiving a 3-0 walkover.
This confirms Kilglass/Enniscrone as champions.
It's their first league title since 2005 and was secured thanks to an impressive run of 13 consecutive league victories.
Promotion to the Super League was already secured a couple of weeks ago.
Kilglass-Enniscrone Utd will receive the trophy after the final home league game of the season - against Real Tubber - on Sunday, March 30th, at Michael McGowan Park.
