Leitrim suffered a second successive defeat in the All-Ireland LGFA Intermediate Championship on Sunday afternoon.
The Connacht champions Leitrim were defeated by seven points by Offaly in Clara.
Hugh Donnelly's side enjoyed a strong start to game with a Michelle Guckian (three points) and Róisín McHugh (a goal and a point) giving their side a six-point lead following a Offaly goal from Sarah Kehoe.
The Faithful County made a perfect response scoring a goal and nine points without response.
The home side pushed on in the second half to secure the victory and condemn Leitrim to a second victory in this year's championship.
