Leitrim footballers bowed out of this year's Tailteann Cup on Sunday at Parnell Park after a 1-16 to 1-12 loss to Wexford.
The result means Andy Moran's side finish bottom of Group 4 with three defeats.
Darragh Rooney's early second-half goal had given Leitrim real hope at one stage - but Keith Beirne saw a second-half penalty save and Wexford finished the stronger o run our four-point winners after Ben Brosnan's late goal.
Wexford joined Fermanagh in Sunday evening's draw for the Prelim quater-finals.
