There was disappointment for Leitrim minor gaelic footballers in Friday evening's Connacht minor shield final at Dr Hyde Park as Roscommon ran out convincing 4-14 to 1-9 winners.
Adrian Dockery's side trailed by just two points at half-time (0-10 to 1-5), with Fionn Curley netting the Leitrim goal on 25 minutes.
However, four second-half goals saw Roscommon pull well clear to take the honours.
The Connacht minor football 'A' final between Mayo and Galway takes place this bank-holiday Monday evening at McHale Park in Castlebar (7:30pm).
