Leitrim's Benny Flynn completes transfer to St Jude's

Leitrim will be without goalkeeper Brendan (Benny) Flynn for the 2023 season.

The Leitrim Gaels clubman has completed a transfer to the St Jude's GAA Club in Dublin.

Jude's reached the Dublin Division 1 senior league final in 2022.

Leitrim Gaels posted confirmation of the player's transfer to the capital on the club's Facebook page on Wednesday.

Flynn, who re-joined Leitrim Gaels from St Mary's back in 2016, wasn't part of the Leitrim county squad for their recent Connacht FBD game against Galway.
