John Travers from the Donore Harriers club won the annual Bundoran 10-Mile run on Saturday.
In his first time taking part, the Sligo-based runner came home first in a time of 52 minutes, 22 seconds.

Derry’s Catherine Whoriskey was the first female home.
Sligo’s Richard Gorman won the 10K event in a time of 33.06, while Aine McDermott was the first female finisher.
Elsewhere, Sligo’s Keelan Kilrehill finished second in the boys intermediate race at the Schools National Cross-Country Championships in Antrim at the weekend and has been selected on the Irish team that will compete in Wales in a fortnight.
