Donegal's Mark English has won a bronze medal in the 800m men's final at the European Athletics Championships in Munich.
The Letterkenny native ran a strong race throughout and recorded a time of 1:45.19 to add to the European bronze medal he won in 2014.
Sunday's race was won by Spain’s Mariano Garcia with a personal best of 1:44.85 ahead of Great Britian’s Jake Wightman, who was second with a season’s best of 1:44.91.
