Riverstown's Aoife McDermott and Drumcliffe's Nicole Fowley were both included in the Ireland women's Six Nations squad by head coach Adam Grigg on Friday.
There are also seven uncapped players in the 36-strong squad.
McDermott, who plays her club rugby with Railway Union and Leinster, featured in all of Ireland's recent autumn internationals. Fowley is with Galweigans and Connacht.
Ireland will open their Six Nations campaign on Friday February 1st against England in Donnybrook.
