Emmett Bradley's last-gasp point gave Ulster club champions Glen a dramatic 0-10 to 1-6 victory over Naomh Conaill in Saturday's provincial semi-final at Healy Park in Omagh.
Three points from Conleth McGuckian helped Glen to a 0-5 to 0-3 advantage at the break.
However, John O'Malley scored a penalty to put Naomh Conaill in front and it remained a tight affair until Bradley split the posts with the last kick of the game.
Glen will take on Scotstown or Trillick in the final.
