Organisers of Sligo Super Cup youth soccer touirnament have announced that Newcastle United will compete in next year's event.
They are one of two English Premier League clubs to send their under 12 academy teams to the Showgrounds for the three-day tournament next April. Southampton are the other.
The 2020 Sligo Super Cup is an elite youth soccer tournament, which takes place at the Showgrounds in Sligo.
Other confirmed teams include Derby County, Aberdeen, Linfield ,Dublin District Schoolboys League, Mayo League and the hosts, Sligo/Leitrim.

Next year's event will take place from April 24-26th, 2019.
