Online registration for this year's Warriors Run in Strandhill, Co Sligo, opens online on Friday, April 8th, at 4pm on warriorsrun.ie.
The annual 10-mile run from the cannon at Strandhill to the top of Knocknarea mountain - and back - is one of the signature sporting events on the Sligo calendar each year.
This year's race will be the 26th editon of the race.
It returns after a two-year pandemic enforced absence - and will take place on Saturday, August 27th, at 3:15pm.
From 4pm on Friday, competitors can register for the race here.
The event has proved to be extremely popular in recent years and generally sells out quickly.
1,108 entrants competed in 2019 - which was a record for the Warriors Run.
The entry fee for the 2022 edition of the race is €50.
