LGFA All-Ireland Intermediate champions Leitrim have been rewarded for a fine 2024 campaign, with seven of their players featuring in the LGFA Intermediate Team of the Championship.
Those seven are goalkeeper Michelle Monaghan, defenders Charlene Tyrell, Sarah Reynolds and Elise Bruen, and forward trio Laura O’Dowd, Ailbhe Clancy and team captain Michelle Guckian.
Beaten finalists Tyrone have five players on the team, with Jayne Lyons, Meabh Corrigan, Aoibhinn McHugh, Emma Jane Gervin and Aoife Horisk all making the cut.
The rest of the team is made up of Down's Erin Sands and Laoise Duffy, with Clara Donnelly the sole Wexford representative.
Junior Champions Fermanagh have six featuring on the Junior Team of the Championship. Ciara Clarke, Molly McGloin, Shannan McQuaid, Cadhla-Cara Bogue, Blaithin Bogue and Eimear Smyth all feature as Fermanagh make up the majority of the team.
The rest of the team is made up of five players from Louth, and two each from Carlow and Limerick.
