Sligo Athletic Club's Aoife Killgallon produced a brilliant run on Saturday to win the women's 5000 metres at the National Senior Track & Field Championships in Santry.
Killgallon led the race from start to finish to win in a time of 16 mins 16.85 secs.
Her Sligo AC team-mate Eavan McLoughlin was also in the field and finished in 19th position in 17mins 43.03secs.
