Sligo senior men's rugby team continued their promotion push in Division 2B of the All-Ireland League on Saturday afternoon at Hamilton Park in Strandhill with a 17-3 win against Greystones.
Tries from Philip Carter in the first half, and from Jack Keegan and Diarmuid O'Dowd-Hill in the second propelled Sligo to a comprehensive victory in challenging conditions.
The win keeps Sligo in the top four of Division 2B and in firm contention for an end-of-season play-off place with four league games remaining.
