Sligo minor gaelic footballers completed the league stage of the 2023 Connacht minor football championship campaign on Friday evening with a spirited 1-11 to 1-11 draw against Mayo in Castlebar.
A goal from substitute Eamon O"Mahony on 56 mins looked to have Sligo on their way to victory - but a point from Mayo's Thomas Tuffy in added time rescued a point for the home side.
Mayo had already qualified for the play-offs prior to this evening's game.
In Tuam, Galway beat Karl Foley's Leitrim by four points, 4-8 to 1-13.
The defending All-Ireland minor champions had already qualified for the Connacht final.
They now await the winners of the semi-final next weekend between Roscommon and Mayo.
Sligo will play Leitrim again in the Shield final, also next weekend.
