Sligo Rovers enjoyed a 2-0 win against Longford Town at the Showgrounds on Friday night in the SSE Airtricity League Premier Division.
A long-range strike from Walter Figueira in the first half, and a Jordan Gibson penalty in the second gave Liam Buckley's side the victory.

The result sees Rovers close to within two points of leaders Shamrock Rovers, who were beaten 2-1 by Dundalk.
Sligo Rovers play Shamrock Rovers this Monday night at Tallaght Stadium.
The game will be live in full on oceanfm.ie from 7:45pm in association with Davey Motors Toyota.
