Sligo Rovers have lost 2-1 to Dundalk in Friday night's SSE Airtricity League Premier Division game at Oriel Park.
It's the team's third league defeat in four games.
First-half goals from Pat Hoban and Daniel Kelly put Dundalk in control of the game.
Max Mata pulled one back for Rovers in the closing minutes but they were unable to find an equaliser.
Elsewhere, Mark Timlin scored a late equaliser at Dalymount Park as nine-man Finn Harps earned a 2-2 with Bohemians.

Leaders Derry City suffered their first defeat of the season, losing 2-1 at home to Damien Duff's Shelbourne.
