Sligo Rovers defender Nando Pijanker is set to be ruled out for a lengthy period, having sustained broken ribs.
The New Zealand international picked up the injury in a nasty collision with his own goalkeeper, Ed McGinty, in Rovers' 3-0 defeat to St. Patrick's Athletic on Easter Monday.
McGinty was subsequently substituted himself ten minutes later with what looked like a concussion.
Sligo Rovers confirmed Pijanker's injury this morning, saying that the centre back will be out of action for an "extended period".
The Bit O'Red's next home game is a Connacht derby against Galway United, and will be live on Ocean FM.ie from 7.45pm on Saturday evening.
