Sligo Rovers will face champions Dundalk on the opening night of the 2019 SSE Airtricity League Premier Division season.
Liam Buckley's side will make the journey to Oriel Park on Friday, February 15th. The new fixture list was published on Wednesday and it's a challenging start to the new season for Rovers. After Dundalk, they'll face home matches against Buckley's old club St Patrick's Athletic (Feb 22nd) and Cork City (Feb 25th).
Ollie Horgan's Finn Harps will begin their return to the top tier on Feb 15th with a trip to Dalymount Park to play Bohemians.
The first northwest derby game of the 2019 season will be at Finn Park on Friday, March 1st, when Harps host Rovers in the first of four league matches between the two (kick-off: 7:45pm).
