There were more celebrations for Sligo on Monday evening as the county's LGFA under-16 footballers lifted the Connacht 'B' championship title for 2023 with a 2-10 to 2-6 win over Roscommon in Bekan.

Sligo now move into the All-Ireland series and will take on Armagh in an All-Ireland 'B' football semi-final in Templeport, Co Cavan, on Thursday, July 5th, at 7:30pm.
Meath play Kerry in the other semi-final the same evening.
