Eight-year-old Grace Foley from Sligo Athletic Club finished joint third at the prestigious Millrose Games fastest kid in the world race in New York on Saturday night.
The Scoil Ursula pupil, whose twin brother Oliver is also a talented athlete, spoke to Ocean FM's Sport's Austin O'Callaghan after her superb run.
Grace was joined in New York by Cian Donnelly from Tuam, who competed in the boys 'Fastest Kid in the World' race, finishing third.

They are pictured here with former World Athletics 5000m champion Eamonn Coughlan, who dominated the men's mile event for many years at the prestigious Millrose Games.
