Ballymote's Brian Colsh and the Irish men's quadruple sculls begin their World Rowing Championships challenge on Monday morning in Belgrade when they go in heat 2 at 10:44am Irish time.
Ireland, who've been drawn in lane 6, are in a tough heat as it also includes two of the favourites in this event, Romania and the Netherlands.
The first two boats will qualify automatically for the semi-finals - with the remaining crews going into the repechage.
