Sligo Rowing Club's Brian Colsh is part of the Ireland team which competes this week at the Under-23 World Championships in the Czech Republic.
The Championships begin this Wednesday, July 7th and run until Sunday, July 11th.
The Ballymote native is part of a 12-strong Ireland squad competing - and will compete in coxed sweep fours.
Colsh won a silver medal at the European Junior Championships in Serbia last September.
