North Sligo Athletic Club's regain the men's national senior 400 metres title at the Irish track and field champonshps in Santry on Sunday evening.
O'Donnell looked very comfortable in winning gold, clocking a time of 46:82 seconds.
Leitrim athlete Eanna Madden (Carrick AC) finished third to claim bronze.

In his postrace interview, O'Donnell dedicated his win to the late Ray Flynn.
The senior title came just days after the north Sligo man set a new personal best of 45:26secs for the distance an a Continental Tour event in Madrid.
Earlier, Dromore West's Keelan Kilrehill, running in the singlet of Moy Valley AC, finished sixth in the 5000 metres final.
Sligo AC's Ruth Monaghan won bronze in the women's 5000m walk final, finishing behind Katie Veale (Waterford) and Siobhan Doherty (Tir Chonaill AC).
