Sligo's Dean Clancy will box for the gold medal at the European Under-22 Boxing Championships in Italy on Thursday after winning his semi-final.
Clancy got a unanimous verdict in Tuesday's semi-final against Italian Matteo Ara.

The 19-year-old, who trains out of the Sean McDermott gym in Manorhamilton, will fight Israel's Ahmad Shtiwi in Thursday's final.
He is already guaranteed a silver medal as well as a cheque for 4,000 dollars.
However, Clancy be aiming to upgrade to gold and take away the top prize of 8,000 dollars.
