Sligo's Halle Conlon-Oates wins World Kickboxing gold

Halle Conlon-Oates from Collooney Kickboxing Club has won gold at the WAKO World Kickboxing Championships in Italy.

Conlon-Oates is one of seven fighters from the Collooney club competing at the championships this week.

The Scanlon brothers, Leo and PJ, have also enjoyed a successful championships with Leo collecting two bronze medals and PJ a bronze in his full contact category.
