Dromore West athlete Keelan Kilrehill has helped Ireland win the team gold medal at the European Cross Country Championships in Dublin by finishing sixth in the men's under-23 race.
His Ireland team-mate and training partner, Darragh McEhinney, won individual silver.
Kilrehill, who's a member of Moy Valley Athletic Club in Ballina, is coached by fellow Dromore West man Emmett Dunleavy.
He spoke to Ocean FM Sport's PJ Leddy after his run:

Ireland won the team event with their first three finishers scoring a total of 21 points to finish ahead of Great Britain & NI.
The Ireland team placings were:
2nd Darragh McElhinney
6th: Keelan Kilrehill
13th: Micheal Power
40th: Donal Devane
44th: Jamie Battle
67th: Thomas Devaney.
The race was won by GB athlete Charles Hicks.
