Galway United manager Johnny Caulfield has confirmed that his side have signed Sean Kerrigan head of the 2025 SSE Airtricity Premier Division season.
The Tubbercurry native is the brother of former Ireland under-21 international and Sligo Roves player, Liam Kerrigan.
Sean has spent the last few years playing collegiate soccer in the United States.
He featured for Galway in last Friday afternoon's pre-season friendly win against UCD in Dublin.
