Sligo Squash Club is hosting a 'Spring Into Squash' intro night for women this Thursday, February 16th, at 7:30pm.
The event takes place at Sligo Tennis Club on the old Bundoran road, and is geared towards female players who are interested in taking up the sport in 2023.
Guest speakers on the evening will include Sligo & Irish Masters Squash player Siobhán Parker, Health & Performance nutritionist Aoife Clancy and former Sligo Junior Squash player Michelle Heraughty.
