St Clare’s Comprehensive School Manorhamilton's senior boys gaelic footballers take on Gortnor Abbey of Crossmolina in the Connacht Senior 'C' Football Championship final this Friday evening (Feb 7th) in Enniscrone at 7pm.
It is a big occasion for the north Leitrim school, who qualified for the final with wins over Ballinamore Community School and Coola Post Primary School in the group stage- followed by one point wins over Galway opposition - Glenamaddy Community School in the quarter-final and Coláiste Éinde Galway City in the semi-final.
The team has representation from Glencar Manorhamilton, St Patrick’s Dromahair and Shannon Gaels GAA Clubs - and is managed by Shane Ward and Adam McBarron.
Friday's final is all-ticket and no cash will be accepted at the gate in Quigabar.
