St Claire's Comprehensive School, Manorhamilton are celebrating an All-Ireland senior boys gaelic football tite following Saturday's dramatic extra-time victory over a gallant Ennistymon of Clare, at Tuam Stadium.
The sides finished level after a highly entertaining hour football, 0-12 to 1-9 - with St Claire's prevailing by 1-17 to 1-13 at the end of extra-time.
The Clare School had a great chance to win the match in normal time, when they were awarded a close-in free in the final move of the 60 minutes, only for the resultant kick to go narrowly wide.
Both sides visibly tired in extra-time but the excitement was no less in tense.
St Claire's team captain Jack Kelly was one of several stars of the show, contributing an impressive 0-9 on the day.
The North Leitrim school found the key scores in the second period of extra-time to pull clear and win by four points.
Cue the St Claire's celebrations!
It's the north Leitrim school's fourth All-Ireland senior title in five years, across different sporting codes with the St Claire's girls also having lifted senior silverware in both gaelic football and soccer in recent seasons.
