St Mary's are Leitrim senior champions 2022

St Mary's Kiltoghert are regained the Fenagh Cup in Leitrim in spectacular fashion on Sunday, as they came from five points down to beat Mohill by one in the Connacht Gold senior football final at Carrick-on-Shannon, winning on a final scoreline of 0-11 to 1-7.

Mary's trailed Mohill by 1-5 to 0-3 with 15 minutes remaining but they somehow forced their way back into the contest during an enthralling second-half.

Mohill, managed by Sligo's Eamonn O'Hara, were bidding to added the championship title to their Division 1 league success earlier this year - but they only managed two second-half points as Mary's hunger and desire eventually swung things their way.

Listen back to the closing stages of Sunday's final, as described by the Ocean FM Sport commentary team of Ray Lannon and James Glancy.
