George Leach's side controlled this game for most of the hour - and had a three goal cushion as the match entered the final quarter.
However, two Geevagh goals in the closing stages brought some drama to the conclusio of the game - but Nathy's managed to hold on to retain the senior title in Sligo for 2019.

St Farnan's (pictured above) won the junior final earlier in the day with a 5-11 to 4-12 victory against Coolera/Strandhill after extra-time.
The intermediate final between Drumcliffe/Rosses Point and St Michael's will be played on Sunday in Curry at 1pm.
