Strand Celtic's season-long cup pedigree in junior soccer was rewarded on Sunday afternoon with some silverware as they beat Cartron United 4-1 in the final of the Frank Kennedy Memorial Cup at Ray MacSharry Park.
Goals from Dylan Martin, Leo Doherty, Aaron O'Boyle and Daniel Gray Harrigan gave Strand a deserved victory in a closely-contested final.
Strand Celtic also reached the last 32 of the FAI Junior Cup - and were semi-finalists in this season's Connacht Junior Cup.
