Sligo’s Sara Doohan won the women’s masters title at the National Cross Country Championship in Galway yesterday
North Sligo AC also enjoyed a successful day in the men’s intermediate race.
The men’s team finished third overall, led home by Feidhlim McGowan, who claimed a bronze medal.
There were also bronze medals for Sligo AC’S Joe Campbell in the U13 final and Rachel McGoldrick in the U11 grade.

And the Sligo AC U17 team took home silver overall.
