Tourlestrane were beaten by Galway champions Moycullen in Sunday's AIB Connacht senior club football final at Pearse Stadium in Salthill on a final scoreline of 0-13 to 0-6.
The south Sligo men trailed by just one point at half-time (0-4 to 0-3) but Moycullen were the dominant team in the second half with midfielder Peter Cooke scoring three excellent long range points to help guide his team to a first-ever provincial senior title.
