Two Sligo Rovers players have been included in the Republic of Ireland under-21 soccer squad for upcoming friendly internationals this month against Scotland and Hungary.
Goalkeeper Conor Walsh and attacking mdifielder Jad Hakiki have both been named in the 23-man squad announced by manager Jim Crawford.
Both games will be played in Spain.
Ireland face Scotland at the Pinatar Arena on Friday, March 21st at 7pm Irish time - followed by a game against Hungary the following Monday (March 24th), also at 7pm.
The only other League of Ireland player included in the squad is St Patrick's Athletic's Mason Melia, who is set to join Tottenham Hotspur at the end of the season.
